Services

Sensematrixcore provides professional procurement analytics engagements, assessments, scorecard builds, and workshops as described on this site. Descriptions are informational. A signed statement of work or written confirmation defines the binding scope, fees, and timeline for each engagement.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and methodologies remain the property of Sensematrixcore Co., Ltd. unless otherwise agreed. Client data remains the client’s property. Deliverables produced under an engagement are licensed to the commissioning client for internal business use; public redistribution requires prior written consent.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, submit unlawful content through forms, or misrepresent your affiliation when requesting engagements.

Liability

Engagements rely on data and access provided by the client. We are not liable for decisions made solely on incomplete extracts that were disclosed as gaps. To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok shall have primary jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.

Changes

We may update these terms periodically. The version published on this page applies from the date of posting unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
